TV Tokyo's popular New Year's Eve performance, “Tokyu Silvester Concert,” will be held for the first time as a live viewing event at 109CINEMAS!
The “Tokyu Silvester Concert,” which marks its 30th anniversary since its inception in 1995, will feature for the first time Ken Takaseki, a master musician who has performed with orchestras in Japan and abroad and is highly trusted by world-famous soloists and composers.
The countdown will be Verdi's “Triumphal March” from the opera “Aida.
Guests will be Aimi Kobayashi (piano), Kazuhito Yamane (violin), Misaki Morino (soprano), and Uchu Onishi (baritone), and the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and New National Theater Chorus will give a spectacular performance.
The live viewing at 109CINEMAS will allow viewers to watch the first part of the concert, which will not be broadcast on TV.
